Meet the family favorites! Our current bean selection is from Honduras, and will be custom roasted according to one of the flavor panels below:
 
The V roast is caffienated and the darkest of the bunch, and for people who prefer a strong, bitter brew without the acidity in lighter roasts.
The Kim family prefers a decaf that is on the darker side of medium without fully commiting to a dark roast.
The Botofan Blend leans towards a caffeinated medium dark roast, more on the medium side to enhance the natural flavor of the bean.
Chef's choice is the lightest roast of the bunch, and most caffienated, slow roasting to bring out different notes of the brew without burning away any of the nuance.
